02The Cause · Project HIMAL

Feminine hygiene is a basic need. In rural Nepal, it’s a luxury.

In rural and mountain communities, girls and women have little access to affordable sanitary pads. The result is missed school, missed work, and a problem almost nobody talks about. The floods of August 26th, 2026 made that need impossible to ignore.

Project HIMAL is BeyondNepal’s answer: raise as much as we can and put feminine hygiene products into underserved communities in Nepal, with fundraising running through January 2027. This summit is a big part of it.

04About BeyondNepal

Four teenagers, one homeland

BeyondNepal started in 2025 as BeyondSportsNepal: four 15-year-olds with no funding and no roadmap, sending sports equipment to underprivileged communities in Nepal. In three weeks they raised over $1,000 for the NewTulipsSchool in Koteshwor and delivered what it needed.

That proved the model, and the mission grew beyond sports into health, education, and music. Project HIMAL is the next chapter.

Our mission

To provide underserved communities in Nepal with resources, opportunities, and support.
